Doubling up on points

My family and I will soon be spending a week at the GH Poipu, getting two rooms.

Here is my question:
Will I get double the qualifying stays when I'm there...thus earning platinum status?

If you are staying before 3/31/08, then sign up for the double stay promotion - http://goldpassport.hyatt.com/gp/en/...unt-double.jsp . You are not entitled to two stay credits just because you have two rooms however.

I know...but it only means two stays

The promotion states that the stays count for double, not points. So all I get out of this promotion is two stays. Big whoop!
