Trouble logging into Hyatt today 8/25?
I've been trying all morning and can't get into my account. It spins and spins and spins and eventually get an IE error.
Anyone else having an issue?

I'm new as a Hyatt regular. I wonder if they've outsourced their IT to Starwood?

I guess the problem continues. I called the Diamond telephone line at 9:15PM EDT and they didn't have a clue and suggested a "care less attitude" about the problem.

I guess a bunch of us are trying to organize various award reservations . It's good to know that everyone is affected & it isn't localized to my computer or internet connection.
Anyway, not only is the website down, but earlier this afternoon, if you called the regular goldpassport line, you'd get a recording & then it would hang up on you! (It might still be doing this but we haven't tried any more calls).
