Currently booked 12/8 - 12/10 on FFN. May need to cancel one night. This is an extremely hard hotel to use points for. I booked these almost half year ago. Contact me if you want one of these night.

FWIW, there is only 1 room at PH Carmel available as an award each night as there are only 51 rooms at the hotel. Like you said, it's very hard to snag that award room, especially on Fri/Sat nights. If anybody has any intention of going to this property, try to work with this poster so that you can rebook it right after he releases the night, otherwise you'll VERY unlikely to get a free night here during this FFN period.................
