Web Check-In Available?

I searched the Hyatt forum but couldn't find an answer for this topic...

According to some Hyatt info in the room last night, web check-in will be available to Diamond and Platinum members beginning May 1. Has anyone seen where you can do this? I looked around Hyatt.com and goldpassport.com just now and couldn't find the page for web check-in.

Web check-in MIA

I was wondering the same thing as I saw the web check-in on the Hyatt website promoting the web check-in for Diamond and Platinum members- http://www.hyatt.com/hyatt/experience/index.jsp (click on the "Hyatt Portfolio" option and then the "express check-in kiosk" option and if you scroll down to the left of the text you'll see the blurb about the web check-in).

Anyhow, after speaking to GP Customer service, who hadn't heard "anything about this" who in turn referred me to 1-800-CHECKIN who also hadn't heard anything about it, but said "I remember it being mentioned somewhere so I'll find out for sure what's going on and call you back." I did get a callback 10 minutes later from a supervisor who asked me to tell her about the website where I saw this. Guess this info. was news to them also and she told me it is a work in progress.

Guess there are still plans for it, but it doesn't seem to be very close, and if it is, they have to do a little better job about communicating this to their employees. Supposedly after showing this website that has the information, the 1-800-CHECKIN invdividual was going to make sure the site was updated accordingly so we'll see what happens.

I remember filling out a survey last year about whether I thought web check-in would be an important benefit. It was one of the 1,000 GP point surveys.
