Nonrefundable rate

i recently booked a nonrefundable rate with Hyatt place to get a chase offer. When will the charge post, as it has not. I thought it would be immediately

nonrefundable rate should be pre-authorization at the date of check in and final post after checkout T24-48.

non refunable rate is different from prepaid rates.

Note that you can usually contact the hotel to get them to take payment sooner. The trickiest part with international hotels is finding the right email; US hotels tend to be pretty easy.

It says full prepayment will be taken at the time of booking. Maybe overnight it will post

Many international properties do not charge pre-paid reservations until the day of arrival or if at all.

YMMV.

Some have said they think they are doing a Globalist a favor not charging.

As suggested upthread contract the hotel directly.
