Globalist Breakfast at Chicagoland Area Hyatt Properties

Hi All,

Any insights on the best Globalist breakfasts currently available in and around Chicago? Similarly, any unique included perks/experiences (for Globalists or even regular guests) at any of those properties?

And if there are any existing threads you recommend I read besides those for individual properties, please let me know.

Thank you!

Besides the Park Hyatt which is spectacular, our go-to Hyatt North of Chicago is the Forester in Lake Forest. This is a higher end Hyatt place ( no free breakfast) with a great restaurant in it. Globalist breakfast can be used for brunch on the weekend. And it's only a category 2 property.

The NY Strip on the brunch menu at the CAA is the same size of the one that is $79 on the dinner menu. And the CCR hash browns are unique and quite good.

The Centric Mag Mile had decent buffet (2022)
the Ambassador is served (2022)
HP Loop - i'd skip and go to protein bar and kitchen around the corner for a smoothie / shake / acai bowl .

While it is not near downtown, the Hyatt Regency at ORD has a great breakfast buffet including an omelet station, Many of the rooms have been renovated and I usually get a nice upgrade to at a least a Jr. Suite. It is also a short walk to the Rosemont entertainment and shopping area. I stay here five or six times a year and find the staff helpful with strong recognition of Globalist status and benefits.

We thought the breakfast experience every morning at NoMI Kitchen in the Park Hyatt was fantastic. I would guess this is an experience tough to top.
