I had been having a similar issue for months, but cleared my cookies on Chrome and it has worked perfect since then!

I did a chat with Hyatt and pointed them to this thread (as proof that others had the issue - all three of us ). They said they would report it.

edit: something on my Google Chrome profile is causing the site to detect it as a bot (as pointed out above) with a 429 error hidden.

I have been having this issue for a few weeks in Chrome only myself. I hate having to switch to Edge just to go to this one page!

This has been a problem since at least 2019 btw. Unlikely that Hyatt fixes it any time soon.

I had a brief email exchange with a support person after reporting this. It was clear they didn't have a clue about anything. So I have few hopes about this getting fixed.

No surprises there. People have reported legitimate security exploits to Hyatt with no response.

same problem. I deleted all the cookies from Hyatt and saved passwords. Still didn't work. I did, however, try the new chrome user and it worked. yay!

Also having this problem. Anyone found a solution? Not relishing the idea of clearing all the cookies in my browser. Tried clearing just the hyatt cookies but not fixed.

This problem has existed for years but Hyatt’s incredible IT has made the choice not to fix it… for the benefit of the customers lol

Your best bet is to just try another browser or try a new profile within Chrome. All hail the might and glory of Hyatt IT and their outsourced h1b slaves from the disaster that is Infosys

In the meantime, I have created a separate profile in Chrome, purly to interact with Hyatt.com.
Crazy, heavy users who are good customers seem to be bots and are banned from accessing their website.
it works without any issues when using a new profile.

It’s a Hyatt loyalty perk to reward their most active customers.

Download/use a different browser?

I have had no such problems with accessing Hyatt.com on Chrome. Nor on Safari.

This is a well documented issue with the Hyatt site that has existed for quite a while lol. People that understand the issue so know that it obviously will only impact people that actively use the Hyatt site on Chrome.
