I don't need a bellman during my trips, nor do I need daily housekeeping. It's not the guests duty nor responsibility to tip - pretty insane how americans take tipping culture, even when its outside of the US lmao.

Anyways, back to the topic of this thread, Hyatts going cash-free/pro-mobile/pro-card is one of the best changes they did.

I've started seeing some hotels in the US that place QR codes where you can tip through your phone. At least for the ones I've seen, there's no way to designate a specific employee so I assume those tips are pooled by department.
