Special offer code - no stay credit?
Hi, sorry if this should be posted in a dedicated thread, feel free to merge if so! I recently completed a stay and received no stay credit or points for my spend. The stay was booked online through Hyatt.com using a special offer code for Hyatt friends and family, provided to me by a Hyatt employee. Am I not eligible to receive any credit for the nights paid, or for any eligible spend? The rate wasn’t really much of a savings so I’m now wishing I had just booked without the special code. The Hyatt app chat representative wasn’t very helpful or able to offer much explanation, so I’m hoping someone here can elaborate. Thanks very much!
