Why do Globalists have a smaller Guaranteed Availability window than Explorists?

Why do Globalists have a smaller Guaranteed Availability window than Explorists?

The question is theoretical at this point, bu Discoverists have 0 hours guaranteed availability, Explorists have 72 hours and Globalists have 48 hours.

I suspect this means that an Explorist can book a guaranteed room 3 days before arrival date. Globalists need to book a guaranteed room 2 days before arrival date. Globalist needs a shorter time to exercise a guaranteed reservation.

The way I see it... Globalists can exercise the Guaranteed Availability benefit up to 48 hours before checkin, which is a more valuable benefit than 72 hours before (Explorists) whereas Discoverists don’t have the benefit at all.
