In fact, with some more digging, it looks like I can book nights with my Cat 1-4 certs online, but I cannot get anything above Cat 4 to show even where it should since I have a Cat 1-7 that's valid for these dates.
I know it's hard to believe, but I think Hyatt IT may have a bug in here.
