M life Rewards Customer Service Center

I have only seen an over 5 year old thread on "M life Rewards", so I thought I'd start a new one to the WoH Forum due to the reciprocity.

I am comped Noir and and wanted to get more information on the benefits, so I contacted the customer center via e-mail.

i wanted to get written information on access to the lounges for Noirs (if comped or not), and make a reservation for my free Limo pickup from the airport. All they wrote back to me is a complete list of phone numbers of each individual hotel and that they will help. huh??

How do I love the "My Hyatt Concierge", drop an e-mail and they take care of everything. M life CS is just useless.

Do others have experiences using M life Rewards customer service center and what have they been like?

Each casino/property has its own budget, so some benefits like lounge access may vary by location.
It's not as consistent as, say, elite lounge access protocols.
If you want to know about a lounge at the property you stay at, just call them.
If you plan on lounge-hopping (why?), then best to just show up with your Noir card and see if they let you in.
These are not fancy airline-style lounges, so I would not go out of your way to visit.

IMO, the best value for NOIR would be limo services and upgraded rooms. The FD staff will see NOIR and I would push for max room upgrade.

most of my experience with limo service has been. 2-3 days prior to arrival. Call the NOIR number on the card or the hotel directly and schedule. I might double check when calling it was complimentary. Total Rewards = Caesar’s properties have good lounges, especially Caesars. I don’t believe MLife lounges are really that good. I would probably just spend a few hours going to each to see what each property offers next time I was in town

in general, the past 5 years, all hotels have lost Casino hosts and are just less valuable. MLife CS is a joke. I’m not a large table player, but I’m definitely not a small table player. I inquired about some comp tickets to a show. Got the run around and just gave up. I would think most on this forum would say I’m a large table player too. Lol.

So I called the VIP service number for Aria/Vdara to inquire, if Noirs get free access to the lounge. VIP Service had no idea, so transferred me to the front desk of Vdara. The agent had no idea, said it is so new. So asked to be transferred so I can make the Limo reservation, got back to the VIP Service line. They could not help, so got transferred to the Concierge. She was efficient and helpful.

what is the use of M life rewards customer center and then the "VIP" line (maybe Noirs are not considered "VIP"s?)

Not sure this is a Hyatt-specific enough topic to be on this forum.

Mlife customer service is useless - anyone who has ever contacted them knows that, even if it's just to get room credit to WoH.

Be aware that lounge access at Mlife properties is for guests only. It's not like CR lounges for Diamonds.

Most of the Mlife customer service is pretty dreadful with some isolated exceptions with signs of hope
But Mlife as a program offering hard benefits with the possible exception of Noir and other tiers offering parking for the most part Mlife tiers are complete elite status illusion
Rarely ever an upgrade or late check out offered without an upper management negotiation with hesitation and front desk folks told to charge more than the room for a few extra hours on a late checkout
When the Hyatt relationship first started years ago with Mlife there was a real sense of cooperation and delivery and once was my favorite hotel group to stay with
For the most part I've moved on
