Brand award delay, anyone else running into this?

Brand award delay, anyone else running into this?
So I just completed my next brand award stage, I stayed at the park Hyatt and Hyatt house (both revenue stays) and the Kabuki hotel (points). This should have triggered my cat 1-7 cert. The two revenue stays have posted on the brand explorer diagram but the JD hasn't. Has anyone that stayed at a JD hotel on points and seen it register on the brand explorer chart?
