Rate rules for points stays - 50percent At Bkng?

Rate rules for points stays - 50percent At Bkng?
Howdy,

Attempting to book a stay using points, but under the "rate rules" section on the WoH booking page, it states this nugget:

Deposit Policy
Deposit Required By December 15, 2018. Deposit By Credit Card Required. 50 Percent Of 2 Night(S) Deposit Will Be Charged To Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy
50percent At Bkng/Bal At 60d/All Deposit Non Ref

I've seen this on paid stays before, but never stays using points. Could it be an error? Can this language really apply to points stays?

Do you have a corporate code filled out when searching for your award booking? If I include my corporate code, it will also show for award bookings.

I'm not sure what this means. I'm just using the WoH website to search for award stays. How do I get a corporate code?

There is nothing on awards. I have had various stays where that shows up on all stays at certain hotels. Just ignore it.

I had recent completed stays on points and a FREE night promo used, at Hyatt Place Waikiki and HR Waikiki and it did say a night would be charged to my credit card. Neither stay had any advance credit card hit for my point stays. It was a 7 day cancel.

What's the property and dates? Some hotels have really draconian cancel policies, even on awards, during periods of extremely high demand (think, Super Bowl).
