I just called the Globalist Line and they said it’s “not available for points on my dates”. But the Globalist Line generally doesn’t know what they’re doing. I’d have to email MHC to get something done.

My larger concern is that in the last revision of Hyatt’s T&C the “No Blackout Dates” provision was removed. Thus it doesn’t really give me a leg to stand on if Hyatt’s policy changed.

Given that the, “No Blackout Dates” provision has been fully removed from the T&C as of May 23rd would you say that would give Hyatt (or Hotels) free reign to Blackout what they consider to be busier dates? Primarily Holidays or even Conventions.
