What matters is where you prefer to stay, not what category a property is at. If someone is deluded and prefers Hyatt House over all the other brands, then their best value for a Cat 1-7 certificate is Hyatt House.

FYI, my concierge told me that they no longer exchange certs for points. I asked for an exception and they gave me 20k in points but they said it would no longer be done on a go forward.
