I never received an email and attempted to register for 65k promo to no avail. (I got "unexpected error issue) I then tried each of the links post earlier and was finally able to register for the 50k offer.
Has anyone had success in calling Hyatt to change to the 65k offer if they weren't targeted but imagine hitting 25 stays?

Somebody I know was told by a phone agent that an e-mail for the Summer promo was sent to him/her about a month ago.
Of course, said person didn't receive said e-mail about the summer promotion.
Curious if anyone got their promotion e-mail about a month ago? Or is there something wrong with the hamsters running them servers?

I never got an email, so I attempted to register for both the 20/50k and 25/65k offers but got the unexpected error message. I sent a direct message to GP Concierge on twitter and asked to be signed up for the 20/50k offer, but I was told I was targeted for the 10/20k. I asked to be switched to another offer but was told no. Pretty disappointed in Hyatt considering I'm a diamond with 19 nights planned right now.

I didn't read through every post here... but I did not receive an email either. When I tried to use the link to sign up, I got the message that I was already registered. I also noticed that 30,000 points were added to my account.
today the 30,000 were gone.
I called Hyatt and was read the email that went out yesterday. I posted the email verbatim in my blog, Will Run For Miles, but essentially people who received offer 4 got the points mistakenly up front.

Did this happen to anyone yesterday? Deposit of 30K points?
I noticed yesterday that HGP deposited 30K in points into my HGP account yesterday. It had the label "bonus". Then today all of a sudden they took the points away. No big deal (although I wish they let them stay) but was wondering if anyone else saw it?
