Using DSU
I have a reservation for a $169 rate king bed in Chicago. After applying the DSU my reservation now says $219. Is there extra fees for doing this?

No, no extra fees. When you apply the DSU, the booking system updates your reservation to the suite - and the price of the suite appears on the reservation you see online, but the correct rate is clear (or at least it should be) to the property when you check in.

Could be a glitch also, you can call to verify your paid rate.

Sometime after I apply the DSU, it will initially show up as the rate of the suite I was upgraded into. Within 24 hours (usually a few hours) it will show the correct rate since someone needs to adjust it, so check back.

I believe the confirmation they sent you should show the correct rate with the DSU applied.

Ok thanks, I did get a corrected email with the right rate. Thanks for the info( my first time doing this!)
