Hyatt Mission Bay -- No points For Food & Beverage?
Had a recent multi-day multi-room stay at the HR Mission Bay. Spent several hundred dollars on food & beverages, none of which were deemed eligible spend, thus no points awarded. After numerous calls to the property and to GP, GP determined that F&B is in fact eligible spend at the property (as indicated on Hyatt's GP page). Points were finally awarded.
This got me wondering: Am I the only GP member affected, or are there a slew of GP members who are missing F&B points from previous stays? Any other members with experience in this area?
