Does this property provide 4 pm late checkout for Globalists?
Our flight out of CUN is at around 7 pm, and it would be nice if we can stay till 4 pm and then head to the airport.

Working with the hotel on renting cabanas and asked about late check out. This was the response.

As a globalist member we can honor you the late check out at 2 pm, this subject to availability, for this one night before your departure we can confirm if we have the availability. Anyways the facilities of the hotel you can continue using them till 6 pm whitout any extra charge.

Just finished a 4 night stay here, 2 on points, 2 paid. Second time here, and while I don't have a lot of experience with All inclusive hotels, I've been to 7 or 8 of them...this is by far the best. Pros and Cons:
Cons
-Pool temperature is a little warmer than I would like. Wife disagrees with me, but it didn't feel all that refreshing.
-Wish there was an italian restaurant here. If we were here more than 4-5 days I might get sick of the offerings.
-Privacy on the balcony. No separation between them at all.
-Acoustics for the shows...pretty bad. very high ceilings makes it echo pretty loudly.
Pros
-Service. To a person everyone has been so good. Genuinely warm and caring staff. Example. Last night we ate at Maria Marie for dinner. Both ordered the sweet corn soup. Was very sweet...like cake batter sweet. So we ate very little. After noticing that, the head waiter came by and asked if everything was ok...we told him it was fine, just too sweet for us. Said he had received that same feedback from others and would work with the chef on it. Handled it extremely professionally and came back at the end of our meal to apologize and thank us again for coming...never seen this at an all inclusive.
-Rooms are big and all face the water. Don't pay for an upgrade unless you want a swim out room. Word of caution with those though...they lose son about 2:30.
-Housekeeping. We tip every day and ask for extra waters and towels...like clock work they are here. Room is SPOTLESS. They even do turndown service.
-Quality of food. Very good for an all inclusive. Portions are actually quite normal sized as well.
-Beach and pool area are well maintained and sit on a beautiful stretch of beach.
-We don't really get into the entertainment portion of these places, but compared to others, it's pretty good. Friday was a white party where the entire lobby area is a cirque du soleil type show and a seafood buffet. Not a big fan of buffet, so didn't eat there, but seemed to be a favorite of all the guests we talked to.
-As a globalist, got a 2pm check out without question and you get 15-20% discounts on most purchases including cabanas, gift shop, spa
-Wife used the spa and said the service was great. Pricey for a mexican resort, but good.

Overall, this place is our vibe. We are a early 50's couple who enjoy a good time, but don't want the craziness of some of the other cheesey places down here. They have a side of the pool that is set up for that...they have a foam party and DJ, etc. It's fun for a bit, but a whole day of it is a bit much for us, so this set up works out perfectly.

If you have questions, happy to answer. This seems like it will be our yearly escape from the Wisconsin cold every February!
