Colleague booked our room in the Hyatt Regency on Priceline in two weeks under his name. Unfortunately, I'm a Hyatt Diamond and he is not -- but we are staying in the same room. The Hyatt Diamond desk says their hands are tied since this is a Priceline reservation.

Is there anyway to still receive my Diamond benefits on this reservation? Anyone been in a similar situation?

Provide the card at checkin.

I figured as much! So there's not really any "advance" procedures I can run through. Hopefully, the Chicago Hyatt Regency will have someone nice running the front desk that evening. Ha...

Has anyone experienced this recently. Would I be able to use the 800 checkin if I am not the primary name on a priceline reservation?

Thanks.
