FALL1K bonus posting
Hi...I have a question on the FALL1K promo...the offer of 1000 miles per night in addition to 500 miles per stay...if you opt for miles instead of points...
I understand that it's originally for new members only...but I tried calling the service center and the gentleman signed me up without any problem...so I think I am all set for it...
I have a few stays after that...2 of the stays just posted...but they were just posted with 500 miles each...no 1000 miles bonus per night...so it made me a bit worried...
I am just wondering, whether the 1000 miles will be posted a day or two after a stay is posted ? Anyone has experience with it ? or do you think there's problems with my enrolment in this promotion ?
Thanks a lot !!

I enrolled and was not a new member but my first stay came through about 10 days later. Since then I have not stayed at a hyatt that has not had a GP2000 or GP1500 promotion running so that I have not had a chance to experience FALL1K again... The GP2000s did not post very soon after the stay and so I had GP Diamond line expedite it and they appeared online in real time. If yours does not appear, give the GP line a bell - they can probably sort it out.
Also check the specific hotel offers to see if you can get GP2000 or triple/quadruple miles awards per stay - much better if you have lots of short 1 night stays to max the FFN - like I am.
Another night, another hotel...

It's been taking a couple of business days after my stay credit posts to my account(which is taking three business days itself) for any bonuses or awards to be reflected in my online account detail. Last week's stays for me have just posted today, although the bonuses haven't yet posted.
