Good Service From Hyatt Customer Service

I wrote a complaint letter to Hyatt Customer Service about a couple of problems I had with the heating system in my room during a week long stay in Denver earlier this month. I got a call from a Hyatt rep within a week of writing the letter, and she was very apologetic about the problem and offered appropriate compensation for the problem (in the form of Gold Passport points).

I oculdn't be more satisfied with the way Hyatt dealt with the situation. I held them in pretty high regard to begin with, but they just went up another notch in my book.

I had a similar situation with a Hyatt award stay. They handled it very promptly, professionally, and adequately.

Have stayed /logged many a nite with Hyatts world wide for almost 26 years. Hyatt from time to time will have some customer service problems either @ a property or @ Gold Passport service itself (more confusion /misunderstanding then intent) Mangement has an outstanding track record for any legit concern or problem regarding stays or fixing problems. They are in over drive trying to comeback to being # 1 in The Freddies and public opinion and my moneys on them to really sharpen Goldpassport & program in the coming months or years whatever it takes. When I stay or book Hyatt I book with confidence and a mostly unconditional program overall.....Do I see Maximum Miles back for the summer? A'int nothing but a miles hound dog barking all the time......

Chalk up another one from me for the folks at Sacramento Hyatt. Not only helpful and courteous, they seemed to have taken my suggestions very well (just to name a few, their gym now open 24 hrs instead of closing at 10pm). Yes, let's bring Maximum Miles back! It's earning time!
