e-mail to specific Hyatt
Really sorry this does not seem available (at least not broadly). While an e-mail to Hyatt is handled quickly and efficiently, I still have occasion to check with a property directly with a question. Do you have courtesy shuttle? How much is the parking? Do you have a RC? Do you have a car rental agency onsite and, if so, which one? Or just the thank you, thank you, to the GM. You can get this in a longer time frame by e-mailing Hyatt "central" and waiting for their relay or make the long distance phone call. Naturally, you can get some information on the web site, but not most of what I have posed here.
The question is, Why can't I e-mail a property directly? Seems like the concierge staff could field them, that is the type of research and reply they often do. Anyone know if other major hotel chains are providing e-mail?

ranles, I agree, this would really be a nice feature. I would say that the e-mail address for each GM should be available on the Hyatt website (I assume they should all have e-mail in this day and age). I've often had comments/requests that I would have liked to send to the GM.
