Please welcome Park Hyatt Hyderabad in India to the Hyatt family. Open for sale from the 23rd February 2012 for arrivals from the 15th April 2012 onwards. The Park Hyatt Hyderabad offers 209 rooms with a contemporary design and an atmosphere of understated elegance and luxury. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Central Business District and 20 minutes from the Hyderabad Convention Center.

It was mentioned somewhere that this place would have 250 rooms and 41 serviced apartments, but is that supposed to be 209 rooms + 41 apartments?
Glad to see another Hyatt property in India is getting close to opening.
I wonder when the Park Hyatt Chennai/Madras will be opening this year.

The Park Hyatt Chennai will open in July 2012.

That's really good news indeed! I fly to HYD a few times a year and so far, liked the Westin Mindspace a lot but now, looking at the rates of the PH, my heart will definitely beat that way
