What is considered a "Hyatt Hotels & Resorts"

My first year as a Platinum Hyatt member and now I am trying to re-qualify for next year and accrue some points. On the page for Platinum benefits, its says on the 3rd and 6th stay for the year, I can get 1000 bonus points. It also says I can get 1500 points for dining but only at "Hyatt Hotels & Resorts". What are considered Hyatts? Do Hyatt Regency or Hyatt Place count?

Can I get both the 1000 points for the stay and 1500 points for dining or only one?

Thanks

Hyatt Place and Summerfield Suites won't count but Hyatt Regency and the other Hyatts should (including Andaz I assume though not sure).

You can only get one, either the 1000 bonus points for the stay or 1500 bonus points for dining.
