You may be right, but this seems rather poorly planned given the survey website told us we were accepted, only to tell us again later that we'd be considered for acceptance and notified via email. Poorly done....

Wow. Can you remind us which they were and tell us how you answered if you're comfortable with that...

I don't much understand the logic of excluding folks based on participation at FT or MP. Reason being that the cat's out of the proverbial bag once they've asked anyways, as people who wouldn't have otherwise known about the communities can then easily find them and begin participating.

Rather I'd guess they are using the travel blogging as disqualifier, as well as not enough stays to be able to add enough value in terms of multiple data points to draw from.

But who knows...

I agree, the subject of the email gave you the impression you were invited, WELCOME, we want your feedback... but as you read on... wasting time you learn that you had to pass a test to see if you qualify. The intent of the email should have been clear... but given the way Hyatt Gold Passport Program has been managed this past year they are not the brightest bunch.

Can't wait to participate in this and provide constructive feedback. Accepted today as an FT contributor. As with other outsourced community types, I wonder how much detail vs. summary will be handed over to Hyatt.

I was invited today and accepted than told I'd hear back and never heard back at all
I'm wondering if its because I gave a different email than what is on my Gold Passport account which I received the invitation in?
Oh well no lost sleep either way I'm sure I would have nothing much to say about Gold Passport I'm one of those silent types

I was invited and made it through the questions. I didn't mention my Yattit.com participation.
