Why sometime rate by called direct hotel cheaper than Hyatt.com?
i got rate cheaper than hyatt.com by called direct hotel and that is hyatt daily rate 
someone has had same experience ?

thats what i was assuming, i need to stay there next month as well...To answer your question, i believe its based occupancy... it is low season for Thailand. I guess the front desk is desperate to sell rooms
