Usually the AAA breakfast rate includes just 2 breakfasts. If they don't have a Regency club, or it's closed, you will get full breakfast for every registered guest in your room as a Diamond.

As for the suites, in my experience most have a King (or Queen) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. I would ask if the suites have a sofa bed for the children or if it can accommodate 2 rollaway beds.

You should not have a problem using the Hyatt Check Certificates from Costco at either property.

This property is very accommodating to Diamond members -- perhaps if you are able to make an international call and speak with someone directly they could prebook you into a room big enough for your family. Especially if it is not a night of full occupancy, they can do it. Since the renovation, all of the rooms seem to have extra sitting/sleeping space, and I'll bet they can find you something. The breakfast buffet is very good here -- have fun at Disneyland!

To the OP: you've gotten sound advice from everyone. Let me elaborate on the statement above. The AAA breakfast entitles you to a full breakfast in their restaurant for 2 people. Your diamond benefit entitles you to a breakfast in the Regency Club for everyone in your room. If the hotel doesn't have a club or it is closed, you will get a full breakfast for everyone in their restaurant. So, at a minimum, you will get 4 continental breakfasts in the lounge (or two in the restaurant and two in the lounge, if two of you prefer larger breakfasts).

This hotel does not have a lounge and takes very good care of Diamond's.
