I had these things at a Hyatt too in suburban New York with between 6 or 8 of them crawling on my ceiling. The hotel moved my room however they were in every room for months
Thousands of them crawling up the back of the building
At the point they were directly over the bed I called down to the front desk and housekeeping came with a vacuum and sucked them away
They offered to spray the room with insecticide but I declined
A pest control company finally came in and brought the situation under controlby spraying outdoors
