Touch wood no problems with RatesToGo. Booked Trump Waikiki for over $2k in September ($AUD w/15% off, saved quite a bit). Verified my booking with my Platinum Credit Card which showed the correct amount charged, and checked my booking with the hotel. So all good here.

Its not orbitz it is ebookers (even its a subsidiary of orbitz) and the discount will only apply to the hotel rate, not to the flight rate. And finally there is no need to link this ref-page, just go to ebookers and use the code july2012save.

why are you so pesty? everything the op said is correct. the link is for further details. and that the discount of chf 50/eur 42 will be applied to the hotel portion of hotel+flight just came to light when people used the code. still a good deal. basically you save usd 50.00 on any hotel for any hotel+flight combination, even though if it is only a oneway flight. id does not even have to be roundtrip.

Not really because ebookers charged a lot for paying with creditcard (up to 18€). So its only usefull for people with a german bank account (not all german bank accounts will work) who can use this for payment without fees. Even the information that the discount will apply only to the hotel rate is an important thing, so he should write that.
And I am "pesty" because this site owner will get a big bonus for all people who book over his website. If sites like that are welcome here, we dont have to post any information in this board, just links to websites where people can find the right information. Finally the site is in german, so english speaking people maybe cant understand. Why make it so complicated if its possible to post a simple code?
