new property. 1/5/24 and 1/6/24 are cheap. Flexible including breakfast for same price.

Thanks! Booked two nights, flexible and breakfast included for a grand total of 17 EUR. Mainly because I was surprised that more than 48 hours after you posted this, the rate was still available. Still, this is one that I could actually make work should it somehow stick. What did change by today is their expected opening, which has now been bumped up from October of this year to January of next year. So I'm first and foremost expecting a message that the hotel won't be open by January 5th

Got the same today. Saying I must have noticed that 1 EUR was not a correct price. Can't say I did as they advertised a price of 8.5 EUR. So they seem a bit confused.

Same here. Did y'all book directly on Accor? In the mail they claim to offer 2000 points for the inconvenience which is not bad if they really give this.

I did book on Accor, logged in as an ALL member. But I saw no offer of any amount of points in the mail that I received.

No offer of any points. Just a discount of 30% if I wish to keep my reservation - €83/night.

Thanks!

In the version of the email I've seen, the 2000 points are only offered during the stay. In other words, if you cancel, you get nothing.

My brother-in-law pushed back and has had his reservation honoured.

What membership status does he have with Accor? And what did he write to them in the first place?

Only gold status. I suggested he write back and say he wants more points and upfront, not at the time of the stay.

Hi all!
My booking is still showing as active on the app.
Anyone else got the same? Has the hotel cancelled your booking?

Thanks!

Got a cancellation mail this morning after I mailed them over the weekend saying I wasn't interested in their 83 EUR offer. Which turned out to include neither breakfast nor the mandatory tourist tax. Adding both would have pushed it up to 126.60 EUR a night.
