Caloosa Cove Resort & Marina - Islamorada, FL - 8/30/18 - $25
One-Bedroom Apartment - $25/night one night only. I didn't see any other dates around it that are available but I didn't look that hard. Available on booking.com and priceline.com looks like the price is usually $250. Two rooms available...no idea if this rate will be honored but wanted to pass along.

$5 sounds low. But caution about any 1-day APARTMENT listing. I often see that apartment being the lowest "rate" in featured hotel listings. Problem is: in next booking step, exorbitant occupancy fees are extra ($50-150/night) for either cleaning, or sometimes for god knows what. So that mandatory fee would usually bump that apartment's listing from lowest on the day to one of the highest priced
