as I have stayed here, i'll give some insight.
I cannot say enough good things about this great little resort.
it was converted from a 3 star hotel and has under 40 keys imo. Also, it is in the middle of nowhere and a 4 hour drive from the airport, and has no TV's (in the kamar rooms). however, i had a fantastic stay - great food - great spa - one of the most relaxing times of my life.
the staff really went all out for us, settung up a private dinner on the beach (without a request) on the last night / creating a special menu for us upon request etc.
if you like action, this is not for you (or white sand beaches - as it is a black beach), but if you want to let go and relax - this is one of the nicest places to do it (and i usually stay in a lot more expensive resorts....)
our rate included meals and spa treatments, so not sure what you will get here, but at this price - go for it.

Booked for a few days at the beginning of August. Fantastic deal! Credit card got charged for full. Since the deal only includes breakfast and not lunch and dinner, about how much is a meal at the hotel restaurant?

My CC was charged full, however, there is a cancellation policy that I can get 100% refund if I cancel about 30 days before arrival.
As its a small and secluded resort, I've reduced my stay from 4 nights to 2 nights but the amendment to my reservations is free too!

its a gorgeous beach, and good to swim, but black sand (an no beach loungers, as the pool is only a couple feet away).
we would lie by the pool and then jump in for a swim when we wanted.
as for the food - they did not have prices on the food menu back then imo, so can't comment on that.....

If the reference to "their" is www.dhr.com then yes. Seeing dates in October as low as $86/night for 7 nights.
