Skyscraper between the Pen & IC
When I stayed at Conrad last March, I noticed that between the Pen & IC, there is a massive skyscraper currently under construction. Does anyone know which building it is?

Last time I checked, it still hasn't has a name. Still being called the Hanoi Road Redevelopment project.
