If you have an APEC card then you may also use the resident's line.
Cards are available subject to eligibility rules, but I'm guessing that the OP is a US citizen and as far as I know, they are not yet issuing ABTCs to US citizens.

Actually there has been a new development in this area in the last few weeks, if you have status with some airlines:
