Question Decision help needed!

Hi all,
I need your help for a hotel decision. I made quite a lot of research (thanks to this and other forums) and finally came to tree possibilities for us (me and misses grischtu, HKG first timers) all more or less the same price, around HK$3'800 per night. MO in a harbor view room (no club level if I understand correctly), JW on executive level harbor view and Shangri-la Kowloon in Horizon Club harbor view (including one way airport transfer).

Which one offers best value for money? Would you suggest alternatives in the same price range (harbor view is a must)?

Many thanks for your help and regards,
grischtu

The "classic" harbour view is the one from the Kowloon side, so on that basis alone I'd take the Kowloon Shang, although I'm not sure whether you can see all the way up to Central / Shueng Wan from there can you?

I would go for the Shangri-la Kowloon just because of location. Otherwise i'd opt for the MO. Of course, if you really want to do Hong Kong as it was you need to stay at the Peninsula, but I suspect the price may be somewhat higher. For a first timer, the Peninsula has all the history and location. Besides it is a great hotel.
