Ditto for me on my stay last week (1/21) at the Bellevue, WA Hilton. I was going to call the hotel directly, but now that this appears to be a bigger problem I'll be calling the Diamond Desk later.

Both of my stays last week had zero base points. I called the DD and they were fixed right away. Seems to be a system-wide burp for any stays recorded last week. One of mine was a 4 night stay and the other was a 1 night stay. Both in different cities, so it does not appear to be related to particular cities or length of stay.
