Login issues?
I just went to login, and got this message:
We're sorry but we are unable to process your login. You may book your reservations without login. Be sure to provide your HHonors®/Senior HHonors® account number on the Guest Information form.
So I double check my number and PIN (which I had remembered correctly) and re-entered it. Same message again. Waited ten minutes, did it for a third time, and got the same response.
Had them send me my PIN, which of course I had correctly entered, and I'm still getting the message. Anyone else unable to login right now?

It's been up and down all day. It's been up and down all day internally also according to several HHonors CSRs I've talked to today while trying to get some posting errors sorted out. The company line seems to be "we can't make those kinds of changes right now. Try back in a couple of hours."

Same here . I am also trying to sort out some posting problems - this wrong posting seems to be almost systematic according to a lot of posts on FT (at least for anything that has to do w/ double/quadruple points/miles). How convenient for HH .

I get this problem all the time, I chalk it up to the sometimes buggy software they have that seems to crash or slow up rather frequently compared to how often I'm on the site.
