Hilton Premium UK lives again!

Got a cold call from Hilton in the UK yesterday relaunching the Hilton Premium scheme. Seems not too bad a deal, and I gave it a go for a year.

£165 membership
Phone number to call for lowest rates at Hilton family worldwide
Usual BOGOF meal deal
Hilton Park Lane voucher for a £120 night (£99 for a Sunday)
Hilton St Annes Manor £99 for two people
Free membership to Zeta Bar
Membership now called Premium ELITE membership
Special accommodation offers at Waldorf, LHR, Swindon, Edinburgh and Bracknell.

I'll post the other goodies when the pack arrives and report on reservations line when I book my autumn trips.

I look forward to more posts on this. I'm curious to see if it makes any sense for the occasional visitor to the UK.

Thank you for the heads up. Is this targeted? Sorry, but thread and post searches haven't turned up Hilton Premium. What other offers have been in the package before?

I think it was called something else now you mention it.
I'll have a rummage at the weekend and see if I can find out.

They used to do referral bonuses, but the new scheme didn't mention it when they called. I think they started by calling old members - and my surname starts with a B so I suppose I was near the start.

I used to be a member, initially in Glasgow and then in London. The deals were okay at the time, but these days there are so many excellent food offers out there, including Tastecard and TopTable, that it just doesn't make sense to pay £189 for a membership. The room rates aren't particularly cheap either. A decent corporate code will give you a better rate...

One of the signup benefits seems to be this:

Free Night Stay in Amsterdam Voucher
Complimentary Sunday overnight stay voucher. On presentatikon of this voucher, the member is entitled to a complimentry Sunday overnight stay including breakfast for double occupancy at Hilton Amsterdam, Apollolaan 138, Amsterdam, 1077 BG Netherlands.
Unless I'm mistaken that's a minimum of EUR 169 value right there.

I like the look of this, as I love the Hilton PL..

One question.. do they apply your HH benefits to these bookings? i.e do you get points as usual and / or upgrades based on level?

No hilton points on the vouchers, thats across all premium club. You do get normal diamond benifits, just the same as if it was an award stay or Corporate negotiated rate(the ones with NO points....

Wow, the AMS voucher makes this a deal! Where is the Free night in AMS listed?? I didnt see it listed, did I miss something?
