Chunks of 5000 CO miles may be transferred 1:1 to Amtrak Guest Rewards, then 1:2 to HHonors. U must call CO CS in Houston at your LD expense to do this.
AA miles may be transferred directly to HH @1:2, but there is a nasty $25 fee

You might want to do a search in the future...this place is filled with knowledge.
Don't know about trading but you might want to look at the sites below. There might be a conversion option that works for your needs. YMMV.
