I took this survey some months ago. I think the 500 points posted under the heading AWARENESS PROFILE BONUS.

Thanks! I had done this a few months ago on my personal account and promptly forgot about the promotion after I got the 500 miles. Your post reminded me that I had not done this for my wife's account. The 500 points posted almost instantly.

I did this just this morning and its still works even though it says the offer expires Dec. 31,2005 I got the points posted almost immediatly. Defintely worth the 2 minutes for the survey. Thanks for the post guys!
