Interesting Hilton website addressess other than Hilton.com

Sorry for this newbie question, I am usually staying at IC group properties.
But they do not have a single property in Scandinavia, so I have started now to collect HH points too.
Searching IC sites by city shows all brands belonging to IC.
This does not seem to be the case for Hilton.com.
Is there a website showing all the hotels belonging to the Hilton-group?
I am actually searching such an hotel close to or in Worcester, MA

Not all of the Hiltons have their own websites, but some do -- like this one. I've learned that they have special deals that they often post just to those sites, and not the Hilton.com master site.
