View Points Activity
Did HH remove the ability to view all points activity on their website? I tried looking today, but all I am able to see is my recent stays and upcoming stays. I do not see a way to check running balance i.e. not showing HH Credit card points, points earned from Lyft or the running plus and minus points I was able to in the past. All I was able to find is recent stays and an upcoming stay.
Perhaps I am just missing something? The online chat agent told me, it is against company policy to show that to the customer now
. The HH phone rep, was of no help. I am hoping that they are just misinformed, and one of you will enlighten me.
