View Points Activity
 
Did HH remove the ability to view all points activity on their website? I tried looking today, but all I am able to see is my recent stays and upcoming stays. I do not see a way to check running balance i.e. not showing HH Credit card points, points earned from Lyft or the running plus and minus points I was able to in the past. All I was able to find is recent stays and an upcoming stay.

Perhaps I am just missing something? The online chat agent told me, it is against company policy to show that to the customer now :mad:. The HH phone rep, was of no help. I am hoping that they are just misinformed, and one of you will enlighten me.

On the website, I can still see all activity for stays and credit card points. You have to click on Previous stays and Other activity. Can also see them on the Hilton Honors app.

The app is so much easier to use. The website is awful.

If you select "activity" at the top next to "locations" you can select "other activity" which includes all those other points.

Or as cjd says, select previous stays and you can then select other things to view.

Thanks folks for setting me straight. I figured it was operator error on my part. I don't know how I missed the "other activity" box yesterday....

Works for me with Edge but not Firefox.
