Question on 72hr upgrades
Good Day All,
Does the 72hr upgrade work when have more than 1 room booked in your name? I have 2 rooms booked.
If does, will it only upgrade 1 or both rooms?
Yes, I do know upgrades are based on availability.

The last stay I had with two rooms booked, only 1 was upgraded. I got to choose which room though if that helps. The upgrade was done upon in person check in at the desk.

I had two rooms booked at Hilton Canary Wharf last September, both rooms upgraded to j suites 72 hrs before stay.

Sad to say it....but am now less than 48hrs and no upgrade processed, despite the deluxe with 2 queens and a corner suite available...last 2 times stayed at the Black Fox Lodge in Pigeon Forge was able to get advance upgrade to the deluxe....so who knows why not this time.
