Has anyone else had their account go blank?

Has anyone else had their account go blank?

For the last week I am getting a message that says "We are updating your Hilton Honors Tier Tracker, please check back later". All of my points and nights are blanked out (I'm Diamond) and I ended a stay on Saturday that has not been credited. Anyone else seeing this?

The issue is happening for my wife and I as well. We also can't see our free weekend nights anymore (the ones where you still have to call to redeem).

Logging in via Firefox, my account info is blank. No points totals, no stay or night counts, etc. I figure they're getting an early head-start on calculating 2021 activity for 2022 roll-overs.

Everything in the iOS app appears normal.

Yes, for like two weeks. Hilton is doing some updates causing this. I couldn't see my free night certs until this got resolved.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Not certain how long I've had the issue, but I'd say about 3 weeks or so. Not only are my nights/stays/points earned YTD not showing up, but neither is my milestone bonus tracker. Plus, the Hilton AMEX certificate I just earned about 2 weeks ago isn't showing on my Account page either.
