Doubletree by Hilton Warwick - Chesford Grange {GBR} (not yet Honors)
Another doubletree again I noticed whilst doing a uk search....... this one looks nice, currently a Q hotel with spa facilities on the banks of the river Avon ...... coming soon apparently.

I suspect it is more likely to be a commercial decision based on management contracts and costs during a period of uncertainty.

Aprirose, the owner of Q Hotels, seems to have put their entire hotel portfolio up for sale so I doubt they want to do any rebranding whilst this is happening. The Telford hotel's move to Delta by Marriott is now showing 2022 on marriott.com.

It was due to reflag at the end of 2022 - perhaps enough time to take on a franchise post-COVID. However, Hilton.com now says that the property will be opening on 1 December, 2027 (not my typo anyway).
