Serious Bugs in the Booking systems

Its frustrating that one cant change dates on reward bookings (even when the points required are the same) need to cancel and then re-book, a work of caution, don't book multiple rooms on points in one go, the system will return points only for one room if cancelled and then its you running around chasing for those points.

Yep - It cost a Hilton in London my business and I went elsewhere.
