Anyone know what "2018 amer enroll stay 2000 pts" is?

If I log into Hilton and go to my Active Offers page, I have one titled "2018 amer enroll stay 2000 pts" valid through 12/15/18. The Fine Print button brings up a blank page. Curious if anyone else has it or knows what it is?
